my gosh, i don't even know where to BEGIN with this picture. well, first of all i have to say that your coloring technique is astonishing, the soft shades, muted color palette and lack of lines really make this piece look organic, calm and natural, while still remaining fresh, and jumps right off of the screen. the pose and her expression is filled with so much emotion, sensitivity and heart that my heart did a little jump with joy when i first saw this. so much of this character is packed into this picture, i feel like it's a biography in one frame. the composition alone makes the piece surreal and dreamy. but so much more so than the technical aspects... just all those perfect little pieces that you put together... i'm not sure how you worked that magic. you have no idea what a nice feeling this artwork gives me. i hope i'm not fangirling too much for you, but this picture just hit me so hard, out of a lineup of drawings with the very same character. in short, inspiring and truly magical. every little thing you put together worked perfectly. thank you for creating this.
